What are the expectations for deliverables?
When should tasks be completed?
Tasks are not considered overdue until 5 business days before the renewal date, the exceptions to the rule are in month 1 where onboarding, logins and your review system and expected to be completed within 5 days from payment. <br /><br /> Manager meetings and tasks for the coming month are to be created 2 days after renewal. <br /><br /> You can also request for individual tasks to be completed sooner if needed and we will try to accommodate your requests where possible.

If a task goes overdue we will follow up with the agency every 3 days unless otherwise requested.
What should I do If things don't appear to be moving forward?
If you don't think work is being completed, we first advise you check the due dates in Dapulse to see if tasks have gone overdue, if not it's most likely the work to be completed is still in rotation. You can also cross reference hours completed in time doctor to get more insights. (please watch the video on how to do this). If there still appears to be an issue please send a message to the slack channel for that project.

You can request for individual tasks to be completed sooner if needed. We will try to accommodate your requests where possible.
