What do I do If I see something go wrong?

When can I expect issues to be resolved?

If the problem is on our end the issue will be added to our priority queue to be dealt with by the appropriate person either immediately or within 1 business day depending on availability. If we are facing challenges dealing with the issue you will be advised through dapulse, slack or both.
